Could you please ensure the following
- Please come dressed ready for your class ( to minimise time in the changing area)
- Please wear flipflops or sliders between the changing room and the matted area
- Please ensure finger and toe nails are clipped, personal hygiene is essential
- If you have any safety equipment please bring this with you.
